1. After I purchase one of the subscription levels, how do I access the training videos? Login with your username and password and visit any of the product pages. The links included in your subscription are now active. Simply click on the link to review and study these videos at your leisure. The link will open a video window. To access the advance level videos, you must complete Advanced Level Classroom training. This level requires a course completion activation code. Please see your instructor if you did not receive one. 2. How can I get Technical Help? Click the “Support” tab/link at the top of this page and you should see a drop down menu appear. Then click the “Technical Support” link which should take you to a page where you can fill out a form or call a toll free number for technical assistance. Alternatively, you can select Technical Support in the bottom menu under the heading support. 3. How can I get a refund for a subscription that I bought? Subscriptions are non-refundable. If you feel you have been billed in error, please contact us by clicking the “Technical Help” tab/link under the “Support tab/link” at the top of this page. By becoming a member, you are agreeing to a monthly subscription service. This subscription will automatically renew and you will be billed on the same day of each month until you cancel your subscription. 4. Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, you can cancel your subscription by logging in and choosing account + billing from the my account menu in the top right of your screen. If you cancel within a billing cycle, your membership stays active until the end of the billing cycle, and your account will no longer be billed. There is no cancellation charge or re-activation fee if you decide to resume your subscription.
